Product selectionYou can see all our products by accessing them either through the "Models" menu organized by type of product or through the "Collections" menu organized by the collection to which it belongs. You can add the product you like directly, quickly from the list of products or if you prefer by clicking on the image, access all the details of it. Once chosen you only have to click on the add to cart button.
Finish and Pay
To purchase an item through the Online Shop of CARABELA, simply once the product has been added to the cart you have to click on the "Finish" button when you want to complete the order. The final purchase page will be directly addressed to include your address and select the payment method.
Once you have completed all the data and the payment method selection, you only have to click on the "Pay" button and you will be redirected to the chosen bank gateway, Redsys (card) or Paypal.
Once you complete the payment you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All purchases made will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customers through the transport agency MRW.
From the moment of placing the order, the customer will receive a tracking code, which can be used on MRW's own website to know at any time the status of the same.
Our standard delivery time will be 24 hours from the moment the item is available, perfectly packed, in the storage center.
The terms of availability will depend on the type of item that the customer has purchased:
These are items that we usually have in stock, although their non-availability is not guaranteed, circumstance of which the Customer Service will conveniently notify the buyer.
They are items that by the choice of the client have undergone some type of customization. In this case, the Customer Service will contact the interested party to communicate the delivery time.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and are indicated and broken down in your cart and on the order confirmation page.
All commissions for using this means of payment will be paid by the customer.
Credit / debit card
It will be sent to the banking gateway "Redsys" which is a secure payment area belonging to La Caixa. In some cases, after clicking on the final payment button, the page can redirect to the bank's website and ask for an extra security key for payment with your card. This is the 3D Secure, a security system developed by the bank that asks to enter a personal key to make the purchase in a secure way. This key to buying online with a card is completely personal and must be provided by the bank. For more information, you can contact directly the bank or the Customer Service.

In this case the order will not be understood as firm until the amount of the order has been received in the CARABELA Madrid bank account.
After receiving the payment and confirming the order, it will be automatically sent to CARABELA Madrid to be processed. The confirmation of your order presupposes the complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Sale through the Online Shop of CARABELA Madrid.
You will receive an email with the confirmation and summary of your purchase.
The prices of the products are in Euros and include taxes and fees. CARABELA Madrid reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the prices on the website www.carabelamadrid.com. However, the prices that appear at the time the consumer has made the purchase will be those that are considered valid.
All data registered at www.carabelamadrid.com will serve as proof of the sales-purchases made between CARABELA Madrid and its customers. In disagreement between the parties about a transaction made on the website www.carabelamadrid.com, all recorded data will be considered proof of the transaction.
Residents in the European Union
The prices of the products that are for sale in our online store include the Value Added Tax (I.V.A.).
The purchases made by the passive subjects of the I.V.A. (companies, entities, organizations ...) with residence in the European Union and endowed with an intra-community NIF, will be exempt from the payment of the I.V.A., being an essential condition the sending of said document by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org
Residents in non-EU countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-EU countries will be exempt from payment of the I.V.A. Orders will not be served in PO Boxes.
For this purchase / shipping system and due to its fiscal regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered extra-Community territories.
We remind you that in the prices indicated for the shipping costs do not include import taxes (tariffs), which will be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
In the case of defective products, you have a warranty of 2 years from the delivery of the product. At the moment you detect the defect, you must notify it within a period of 2 months to proceed with its return.
To make the return, the product if not in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case may suffer a depreciation in its price. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer.
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you will have a period of 14 working days to return it, except in the case of personalized products that can not be returned unless they have a defect.
To make the return, the product must be in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in its case. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer. In the case of not receiving the product in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case, you will suffer a depreciation in the amount to be reimbursed.
